Theoretically it could strengthen it and make it radioactive. Please don't. Florida actually has a lot of value when you can look past the hate and politics of too many residents.
Not even a little bit. The amount of energy in even our most powerful thermonuclear device is piddling compared to that contained within a hurricane. All you'd do is stir up a bunch of fallout and distribute it all over the place.
It doesn't have to match the power. It just has to F up the storms rotation enough that it disrupts itself. I don't know if it could be enough, but it certainly doesn't need to equal the power of the storm.
I really miss her. Not like, in a direct way, it just felt good sharing planet with her. It's not that we hung out or anything, but just being on the same Earth as her was sharing something with her and be blessed by her presence.
There are a few others and... They're very old. And I'm afraid.

It's now just a wave with needed rain that's going to shower the Caribbean.
Dolly is bringing the good rain, like the Saint she is.

Trump would probably try to nuke it if he thought his place was under threat.

theoretically, could you nuke a hurricane and destroy it?

The shockwave might mess with the rotation. Or it would still be to little to make a difference. I'm no expert.
