Today, 3 children asked us for donations if they could clean up whatever garbage they found around our apartment.

I didn't have any money in pocket, and my roommate didn't necessarily need their services. But they still cleaned out some random bits of garbage (not our trash btw) from underneath his truck anyways.

They are in the age range of like 8 to 10 or so, and they call themselves The Cleanup Girls. They said the money they earn isn't for themselves, but to be donated to homeless people.

We only had one spare cash dollar on hand, but if they're living up to their word, they deserve the donation...
