Went for a walk with the kids and got icecream 😋 Perfect day for it. Tonight I'm going to cook a beef roast for the first time in years, wish me luck 🤞🏼
Ooh I had a cheese tomato and pickle (gf) sandwich too. No ham in the fridge though. Made a big batch of roasted vegetable soup (roast all the things then add stock and blitz) with Halloumi on top.
