Found through this article in Spanish.

In short, get the link for a given profile, e.g. https://x.com/NASA, replace x.com for rss.xcancel.com, and append /rss at the end, so it becomes https://rss.xcancel.com/NASA/rss. The article also notes that the domain for posts a given feed pulls need to be replaced by x.com (or, since the redirect is still active, twitter.com).

Also, when trying to add a feed for the first time, the feed will say "RSS reader not yet whitelist! Please send an email rss [AT] xcancel [DOT] com with this ID to get your RSS feed reader whitelisted", followed by the unique identifier to be appended to the email. The feed won't pull new articles while you don't do that.
