The bill also bans "visual messages" such as taunts in Super Smash Bros., moves "unrelated to battle" that "show your opponent a little flair."

You will never prevent teabagging unless you prevent player input altogether.

Censorship kills.

Can't wait to see how you'd comply with this for something like Minecraft - no more building at all, since you could spell out a message! No digging either, lest someone dig a trench shaped like a word.

Funny that i still remember some names friends gave them because that was funny. No fun is allowed by these guys. And because its been ages since Pokémon red and blue came out, its a good old memory i still remember.
