More money being spent overseas than on dealing with domestic forest fires

In most of Canada’s forests, provincial and territorial agencies have the responsibility for wildland fire management.

I'm not saying the provinces shouldn't be asking for fed funding aid but this is first a provincial/territory matter. Both AB and ONT have cut firefighting funding.
