I think what was his ruck strap turned into his collar, I don't know what the fuck happened to his neck, but he's got a whole arm (see attachment) like he's reaching into a back pocket? unclear why. it probably made sense in whatever movie scene was used as a reference here. I'm gonna go watch Saving Private Ryan to see if I can spot it.
