I think this is one reason I like writing fantasy, whatever weirdness I come up with it's always correct 🤔😁

I never mind, and sometimes love, when fantasy and science fiction sets its own set of rules how medicine or science or whatever works but few things I loathe more than when the internal logic doesn't hold within the story. It just pulls me right out of it.

Set your own rules - sure. But then don't go breaking them (or come up with some ridiculously tortured explanation).

It happens far too often.
