You know that's funny, I vaguely remember seeing an article on memory on fedia:
Aging shifts hippocampal reactivation from selective reinstatement to category-level misbinding during episodic memory
https://academic.oup.com/cercor/article/36/7/bhag114/8758582
Good read. I've had memory problems since I was 10. But it was usually things I didn't care about. I remembered what was important and that's what got me to where I am now. I heard that eating walnuts is good for brain health and memory. Not sure how true this is.
Mediterranean diets are good for health all around, including in the brain.
A big part of a intermediate diet is tree nuts. What else, fish, olive oil, salad, idk all sorts of good shit they've way more food plants down there than the north.
I noticed decline right around 30. Nothing terrible but the idea of working in a kitchen as I did in the past and using my short term memory in the way I did doesn't seem possible anymore.

Sounds like pseudoscientific horseshit relating to how walnuts kinda look like little brains.
That being said, nuts are a healthy snack.

Gotta watch out on the spinach, it's one of the most heavily pesticided crops.

I use alternatives, ones that grow in the wild. It's free too. Stinging nettle being choice.

I'm happy for you that you've got the time for that.
