I generally think "alternative" social media trends older than "popular" social media (e.g. Lemmy vs Reddit).
If it's not being pushed on the playground (e.g. at recess or whatever high school calls it), it's not gonna trend downward like Reddit, Twitter, Facebook/Whatsapp/Instagram, etc.
I'm sure there's no statute of limitations on murder, but the man is 63, he was 33 when he did it, he's lived the best years of his life. So now he spends the rest of his life in a state sponsored nursing home. Good job, America. Oh, and unless you put him in isolation, he'll still be a shot caller from behind bars.
The article said he's the only one alive who was in the car. So the shooter is dead. I get that state law says that the person who ordered the hit can be charged, but the shooter being dead kind of matters, too. I'm just not sure exactly what difference it should make.
