It's really nuts how far they've expanded. Kind of the same with how development around UC expanded a ton too.

I guess it makes sense honestly given how they're expanding.

Big "woof" to this though-

The plan is designed to coincide with Xavier’s requirement that students live on campus for three years starting in the 2028-29 school year.

I guess that is one way to ensure people keep paying just more than tuition.

Three years? I’ve never heard of a requirement that long… meanwhile UC couldn’t even require it at all because they had nowhere to put everybody

Seems nuts to me but whatever. I personally didn't even spend one year on campus though I can say the accommodations were fine for what my friends had.

It is very interesting too considering a ton of students I presume are still local. I wonder if there are carve outs for people who come from the area.
