[Release][v1.85.0] A quiet release

This release is a small release that makes some much needed changes to the app.

The most visible change in this release is the introduction of the new People setting page. The Misc setting page has been growing longer and longer and there has been enough people related settings to warrant a new settings page.

The other less visible change is a complete overhaul of how posts and comments load. The aim here is to make it easier to make changes to posts/comments in the future for new feature work as well as reduce the amount of bugs related.

• Add a new preference screen called People. This screen will hold all settings related to how people are displayed in various places such as within a post or comment.
• Add a feature to show a "BOT" label next to bot accounts. Can be disabled in settings on the new People setting page.
• Post & comment loading overhaul. If I did this correctly, you shouldn't notice any changes to how post/comments load.
• Show a loading spinner when individual comment trees are being loaded.
• Show an error message when individual comment trees fail to load.
• Fix an issue where the "hide duplicate post" feature was using the wrong preference key. This caused the "hide duplicate post" feature to become enabled/disabled when it wasn't supposed to be enabled/disabled.
• Fix comment trees expanding when a comment is created when "collapse comments by default" is on.
• Fix a bug where the number of local subscriber count is being reported as the total subscribers on PieFed.
• Fix a bug where the the bottom bar is fully visible after tapping on an image when "lock bottom navigation bar" is enabled.
