Freezer Mugs

Just repurchased freezer mugs so I can always have ice cold beverages (even multiple at a time!) to help calm me down and stay cool!

(One time purchase) Noise cancelling headphones.
Safe snacks, and stuff to make my favorite hot drinks. Right now it’s giant wholesale bags of cheesy puffs and kettle chips, and flavored teas. Hot cocoa mix for my bad times/winter.
Protein bars to manage the hunger I can’t feel when I’m out, but I know those can be rough sensory wise for a lot of folks. My recommendation is Built Puff bars because they’re chocolatey and not “protein bar” textured as much.
Blankets. Not weighted for me, though. I change into my blanket hoodie the moment I get home from work, and will also curl up under extra softness on particularly rough days.
Pitchers for my favorite cold drinks so I can easy pour without having to mix individual glasses.
Knowing I have several comforting routine items on hand for whatever the day throws at me is a HUGE relief.

Which headphones

Bose QC35s. Over-ear, and soft and lightweight. They’re pricey but I was fortunate to have them gifted to me and they’ve allowed me to function really well.
They’ve lasted me 4.5 years and I got replacement cups about six months ago, so they’re a long-time purchase.

Sony WH-1000XM4. Not the M5, those are more fragile. Reviews indicate the M6 is ok, but I can't personally confirm.
