Is it still to early to pass on this?

I'll take a clone with decent gameplay over a microtrash laden official licensed product any day.

Entirely depends what flavour they land on

If we get something like Dave the diver… wouldn’t be the worst thing.

I will concede that hoping for the best possible outcome is a bit… delusional… during these times we live in.

The story ended with LotV and ended well. I already hate third games that changed developers and there are many examples for this (Baldur's Gate 3 is quite a rare exception here). Also it will probably be worse than Stormgate so, no thanks.
