He is always in court. You know how sometimes there's a con artist that just always has a pending trial date somewhere? Maybe an orange con man that always has a court date somewhere because of how much shenanigans they get into? Heathcliff is just like that orange con man. Always in court.
Do they ever mention his crimes though? Like, he's a common nuisance for sure, but that should just be a fine. Also, his dad is a felon, right? Or am I inventing Heathcliff lore?
Well, if we go by what we see, we can generally assume driving a blimp while intoxicated. Multiple charges of driving various aircraft and vehicles without a license. Probably a few trespassing charges. The nutmegs might have a case against him for failing to get rid of some mice in the house. We would have to see the contract between him and them to find out if they have any standing for breach of contract on that one.
On rare occasion he might be the plaintiff in a case if Crazy Shirley has been stalking him or violating a restraining order.
