AMD released FSR upscaling, and it works on any hardware, of ANY generation, but DLSS?

No, you need "CUDA tensor cores". They're super special™.

The newly released FSR (4 I think?) is rx 9000 exclusive as well, because it needs their brand new core technology.

FSR4 also has a branch for older cards, leaked a billion years ago, officially released not too long ago

I'm still on the fence if I like this or not. On the one hand I see this as a positive meaning I really like the notion of photographic quality in games. I do not like that currently all characters looks really old and haggard...not sure yet....something I can't put my finger on it yet.
