According to the store page, it has the mature content (violent one) + some new things to link it to the anime. It is however based on the 2013 PC version (or at least "has the same content" as that one) which was rated for ages 15+ rather than 18+ of original - i.e. there's no sexy stuff shown on screen if that's what you're interested in.
No idea about the translation quality.
