I don't know about that. I'm kind of offended by the comparison of Rubio to Tzeentch. That's slander and Tzeentch deserves better. I could almost justify Vance, because at least he has Peter Thiel whispering sweet horrors in his ear, but not Rubio.
I'm offended by all of these comparisons. The point of the chaos gods is that they're extreme and highly distorted depictions of the kind of things that fascist societies most fear. The Imperium / Empire are built on absolute and total control, and the chaos gods are the things that they cannot control.
Yes, in canon, the chaos gods are objectively evil, but they're evil as distorted nightmarish examples of conservative fear-mongering. Depicting Trump as the god of "Fuck gender, do drugs, have sex, rock & roll" is pretty fucking nuts.
These guys are fascists. They're not the chaos gods, they're the High Lords of Terra.
I think you might be misinterpreting Slaanesh a bit. They're less of a rebellion against puritanical order, and a bit more of an embrace of pure hedonism, sadism, masochism, sensationalism, and the corruption of excess without moral limits. Questioning and broadening our definition of order within reason for the sake of mutual pleasure and self-expression (Sex, drugs, and rock & roll), isn't the same thing as embracing depravity. That's almost like trying to compare Grandfather Nurgle to Mother Nature.
I also interpreted the OP as more implying which chaos god owns them, not which one they are. That's one of the inherent risks of fascism itself, that the austerity and repression demanded eventually fractures and you are consumed by the vice you once feared. Even within the setting, you see cracks of the various warp gods leaking out of all the high lords.
Slaanesh is all those things too, because it all comes down to how you're reading it. Warhammer is a satire, it operates on more than one level. If you read Slaanesh strictly on the levels you're describing, when examining a piece of media created in Thatcher's Britain, then you're doing a huge disservice to the original material and its intent. This is a satire of fascism written under a deeply homophobic government. You're not supposed to look at the blatantly queer and gender-fucky god and think "Clearly the writers are being completely literal and expressing their own deeply held beliefs when they describe this being as pure evil."
No, I get what you're saying, but that's why I used the "Grandfather Nurgle" "Mother nature" comparison. The warp gods are caricatures of movements like naturalism (Nurgle), Intellectualism (Tzeentch), and the righteous rage of the oppressed and the civil rights movement (Khorn). But they're also wild exaggerations of those ideas.
It's like how Ayn Rand's version of Capitalism is an almost comical parody of the real theory created by assuming a complete inversion of Soviet authoritarianism. Or at least it would be comical if people hadn't embraced it as if that were the actual premise of the ideology. Another example would be like that "Transmaxxing" thing some truly twisted incels (never truly widespread) were up to a while back, where they had become so wildly misogynistic and brain sick they actually started to believe they'd be better off with some of that "Female Privilege" they had convinced themselves existed and started trying to figure out how to game the system to medically transition. Like, you didn't actually "Come full circle" you became a parody of the thing you were conditioned to hate so much and that parody is legitimately an abomination.
