Movie database has language as Greek? (GR)

I refer to the ISO 639 list of language names and codes when labeling foreign film titles.
The Greek word for the modern Greek language is ελληνικά (el-len-ni-KA), so ISO 639 gave it the abbreviation "EL".
This gets legitimately confusing when languages don't neatly match up with the country names like "Deutsch" (DE) for German, "Gaeilge" (GA) for Irish Gaelic, Burmese (MY) for Myanmar, etc, so I keep that ISO list handy and refer to it a ton.
Edit: Well shit; I've been labeling Japanese wrong this whole time. It's apparently supposed to be "JA", not "JP". Which is already weird since it's actual name is 日本語 (ni-HON-go).
