If you got a pig kidney, and then you ate the pork from the pig the kidney came from, I wonder if that would cause issues for your body

Why would it? I don't see any connection between a pig kidney in your body and what's inside your stomach.

Well in the same way cannibalism can cause issues in humans. But I think that's some kind of brain disease I forget exactly.
