This is good news. We are clearly not ready to accept the possibility of loosing a war against AI based on quantum supercomputers.

You're just mixing two scary sounding technologies there. There is no reason why AI with a quantum computer would be inherently more dangerous in some way

Yes there is. Currently they have a power consumption limit.... Can't use up all the drinking water and power and survive. But once quantum computing kicks in, they'll have more storage than they could ever possibly use and a new kind of processor that AI can use at lower power. It will be just like now, but with AI that is much faster than any human being could ever imagine.

Those two technologies, together, could end humanity... Humans.

Quantum computers don't increase storage. And there are no known algorithms that can provide any significant speed benefits to AI.

The incredible amount of chip development is the storage I'm talking about. The quantum computing part is just waiting for hardware and software. When those two parts are ready then it will be vastly superior at processing AI.
