Looking for a search engine with specific capabilities

I recently tried Uruky. I didn't like vibes of Kagi, among other things, but I am someone who would benefit from a highly personalized search engine.

But even when I pin a domain and search for something that appears word for word in the URL, it still didn't show up. Specifically I searched for The Apothecary Diaries and anime-planet.com didn't show up until page 5.

Then I found something. You can choose multiple site filters. So I can limit the results to wikipedia.org, archlinux.com, steampowered.com, or anime-planet.com, etc. With a list of about 150 sites I can cover 99% of my web searches and consistently get relevant results.

Problem is that Uruky's implementation breaks down over a certain number of sites. The results are inconsistent, and when I search for "Linux Mint", linuxmint.com doesn't show up until page 3.

TLDR: I'm looking for a search engine where I can pin a site, and where the "pin this site" button actually works. Repeated for at least 100 sites.
