Pat McManus wrote a lot of shorts stories that are just dripping with sarcasm. Not sure if thats what you're looking for but I enjoy them.

If it makes you feel better he also has a series about a detective that is also 100% unserious but I personally don't find those as entertaining as his short stories. The short stories share characters so they are more like slices of life in one cohesive universe.

George Alec Effinger's Marid Auran/Budayeen stories.
Perhaps not quite what you mean, but almost all the nominally good guys in David Edding's Belgariad and Mallorean series are arrogant jerks. Jerks with hearts of gold, or at least silver, but still jerks.
