Portsmouth was bombed to fuck in WW2 and rebuilt with concrete, not surprised it's the most affected

Also, many people in Portsmouth become boiling hot with rage if they see someone who looks "foreign" or "gay".

A person who appears "foreign and gay" walking into the wrong pub at the wrong time can raise the local temperature by about 31°C (approx 88 °F)
