High court rejects bid to give voucher-protecting Prop. 145 ruling lasting weight

  The Arizona Supreme Court on Thursday declined to make its ruling last month that kicked a GOP measure to protect school vouchers off the ballot into binding precedent, rejecting a request from Attorney General Kris Mayes to do so.
