Afaik, it's a poorly done fork of another more popular distro, maintained by a Nazi.
"Fun" fact: I popped on 4chan's tech board the other day shortly and even they don't like him. They apparently believe that people are being paid to post about it there.

"fork" It's a set of configuration files and packages to be installed. Also bloated as fuck.
