There would be a similarly strange, but slightly different graph in Australia. Weight is always metric, unless your a boomer in which case it's stone.

Yeah my Australian boomer dad likes to use inches and feet intermingled with metric measurements.
Most commonly it's when things are 1 inch or 1 foot, but he does use multiples at different times.

Height would be ft & in, weight is st & lb. Was raised by a british boomer so despite being a zoomer I do a lot of stuff in imperial xd
