In 5e, i did not find any 7th or 8th level divination spell

Huh. Looks like they changed the school from evocation to divination in the 2024 revision. I just looked it up in D&D Beyond and was confused.

Items that may be useful in the future.

Or better yet created by a divination wizard who saw it's purpose far into the future when those spells exist.
