That's not exactly impressive, since the last few years have been economically (and militarily) disastrous for Russia.

Even so, I wouldn't trust any data coming from Putin's fascist government, especially not when it comes to unlikely successes like their economy magically improving in the midst of slowly losing an extremely expensive war.
