Twitter seemed to shift every ad to be anti Kamala before the election. They rolled out these ads on top of other ads. I think even promoted ads had anti Kamala ads on them.

I think it was the battery backup units that are not audited. They have internet connectivity for updates and are hooked up to the computer that is the voting machine. They have more access than should be allowed, ideally none.
I believe the company Tripp-Lite was implicated due to their owner being a Trump supporter.
