Sanders to Introduce Legislation to Ban Artificial Superintelligence and Temporarily Pause Advanced AI Development

1. Sanders is unknowlingly doing openai and anthropics bidding. they want a pause because they are on top and have IPOs coming

2. if super intelligence is a thing, you cant ban it. its either going to happen or not. people in china are not anti ai. they will move forward

my opinion on all this. the bubble is the frontier model companies. i always said the future of ai is local but i thought it would take 5 more years. nvidia has already moved on. rtx spark pc for most things and renting conpute for bigger things. thats how hugging face made money
