I looked into it, and depression is a factor that's considered, but it's not by itself automatically disqualifying. You also want to be aware you're probably going to be riding a hormone-induced emotional roller coaster during treatment.
But, honestly, the Venn diagram of people donating eggs is just a circle completely inside the circle of the people with financial situations that strongly contribute to depression.
