Camera Hack

I had to recently reinstall The Sims 2 due to moving from Windows to Linux. The only thing I couldn't remember was how the hell I changed the camera so I could view the whole neighborhood instead of being stuck to EA's constraints. I found this Fandom Guide and that's totally what I did.

Happy I found it again because I like being able to move all the way to the town edges. Just thought I'd share in case anyone was looking for a way to change it without mods.
