When I think of a tuna mayo sandwich in picturing some rare Japanese tuna steak slices with Japanese miso mayo on shokupan bread. Maybe some nori for color and texture.

No, that would be a tuna sandwich. Tuna salad would be tuna, and some variation of lettuce, tomato, etc. You know, salads. Not mayo.

After giving them a toss with the sauce I put them in the air fryer on a piece of parchment paper. 390 for 13 minutes. I probably should have done 360 for 16 minutes. But they were still pretty good.

Never air fried carrots, gonna try it this week with chicken and rice with pesto, lemon and cilantro. Thanks for the idea!
