Edit: The weather in their picture is overcast just like mine... I think we took this on the same day. Or maybe...
While I was passing by I saw the sign and thought it was funny so I stopped to take a picture. There were two people sat nearby. While I was taking the picture, one of them commented on the "no barking" text, seemingly made aware of the sign by my stopping for a photo. Did I inspire this post by chance?? Were they instagrammers?
Edit 2: probably a stretch its been overcast a lot recently.
