Issues with images and searching external posts by link?

With images, they simply don't load if they're not from link previews.

For searches, the issue that started today is that certain posts result in the following error when searched: Handling "App\Message\ActivityPub\Inbox\CreateMessage" failed: Attempt to assign property "sourceUrl" on null

E.g.:
https://thebrainbin.org/search?search%5Bq%5D=https%3A%2F%2Fmastodon.social%2F%40mao_witch%40misskey.io%2F117252694493935542

Going through my backlog of RSS feeds, and having redirecting scripts set up, even two posts from a same person I follow locally may have different behaviors, one post pulling while the other having that issue.

Another but older issue, which may not be related to TBB since the same happens on Kbin.Earth and nothing is found on Mastodon.Social, but maybe worth mentioning, searching for any posts from Pawoo, e.g. https://thebrainbin.org/search?search%5Bq%5D=https%3A%2F%2Fpawoo.net%2F%40akima_tok%2F3397266, results in errors such as this: Handling "App\Message\ActivityPub\Inbox\CreateMessage" failed: An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[23505]: Unique violation: 7 ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "user_ap_id_idx" DETAIL: Key (ap_id)=(akima_tok@pawoo.net) already exists.

The same posts still get pulled into a Misskey instance I have an account on.

Also I think there was another Mastodon-powered instance whose posts also can't get pulled in a similar fashion, though I can't seem to find it rn.

The problem is simply that the images cannot be created, because the media backend has problems. Because of that the posts cannot be created either. I ordered replacement parts for the media backend, but it'll take a few days for them to arrive

Unsure if it's related, but might if the Pawoo situation was an indication of failing drives, so...

For some weeks now, community mentions have been appearing as !instance_domain if "show magazine domain" is off, or !instance_domain@instance_domain if the option is on, instead of showing the magazine's name and optionally the domain next to it. E.g. in this post I just made.
