Never understood why I hated button downs so much until my egg cracked. I just figured my hatred of ties was due to the fact that they literally just strangle your neck all day.

shopping for a tie sounds so terrible. there's nothing more dysphoric then wearing a suit / being in formal male attire.

I don’t even get why anybody still wears ties. So many professions managed to get rid of outdated useless clothing rules
