Well… cats are liquid, and some liquids develop a skin on top when they’ve been sitting for too long without stirring, such as tomato soup, pudding, and obviously cats.
So if you want skin, you’ll need a cat who hasn’t been stirring, maybe wait until the night before Christmas, I hear creatures tend not to then. A skin will form, and you can use a spoon to gently skim the top, removing said skin.
