They need American support more than they need to keep hitting those targets. I'd love for them not to need the US... And for oil to keep getting wrecked.

Idk, I like the idea of Russian economy collapsing and the country ripping itself apart more than American support. The only peaceful way out is Russia collapsing in on itself.

Ok, but how do you like the idea of the Ukrainian economy collapsing and Ukraine getting occupied entirely by Russia? Because that's what the Ukrainians seem to expect will happen without US support.

Schools are not game. Weddings are not game. After WW2 we invented the concept of a war crime, pretty sure civilian infrastructure is included, military infrastructure is not. Where the line is drawn is up to The Hague (International Court of Justice [which the US is not a signatory too, hence my choice of examples]). I'm inclined to think Ukraine is at least mostly on the right side of it, while Russia is way over the wrong side. It's best it remain that way if Ukraine wants international support.

But what if... I have a crazy idea, but it might work. What if the USA stops attacking IRAN and negotiates with them?
That's silly right? But maybe it would be easier for the aggressor to stop attacking. Asking someone who is fighting for survival to stop defending themselves because "gas too expensive" might not be smart mister Trump.
