Police officer who put suspect in headlock and punched him 9 times faces misconduct hearing

More importantly, and disappointingly:

He was cleared of assault and intentional strangulation following a seven-day trial in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, in 2025.

I wonder how many people this police officer hurt before he made a mistake and allowed evidence of his crimes to be recorded. I wonder what his fellow officers did in those instances.

I doubt there will be any consequences.
