A multi-year search has culminated in a new corporate headquarters for Sprouts Farmers Market in Phoenix, Arizona. The 180,000-square-foot build-to-suit campus at CityNorth brings the grocer’s corporate operations together with a flagship store and additional retail. The project is an example of how real estate strategy can align a company’s headquarters needs with its broader growth objectives.
Keyser Commercial Real Estate served as Sprouts’ commercial real estate advisor throughout the process, supporting the company across site selection, incentives, transaction management, and project management as Sprouts brought its vision for the new headquarters to life.

Greater Phoenix Draws Major Advanced Manufacturing Investments
Greater Pho enix is seeing significant new investment in advanced manufacturing, with Amkor Technology expanding its planned Arizona semiconductor campus investment to approximately $12 billion and Cyclic Materials opening a more than $30 million rare earth magnet recycling facility in Mesa.

Amkor Technology announced the second phase of its Arizona Advanced Packaging and Test Campus in Peoria, adding 60,000 square meters of cleanroom space and bringing the campus to approximately 93,000 square meters. The expansion increases the project’s planned investment to approximately $12 billion and, together with phase one, is expected to support a workforce of more than 3,500 Arizona-based employees. Construction of phase two is anticipated to begin in late 2027, with completion expected by the end of 2029.
An expansion of Amkor Technology’s Advanced Packaging and Test Campus in Peoria is expected to increase the company’s total Arizona workforce to more than 3,500 employees.
“This next phase reflects the confidence our customers have placed in Amkor, the critical role advanced packaging plays in enabling the future of semiconductor innovation, and the strategic importance of our Arizona campus,” said Kevin Engel, president and chief executive officer of Amkor Technology. “As chip architectures become more complex, customers need a trusted partner that can deliver at scale with the quality, technology leadership and operational discipline required for their most advanced products, and it is critical to have that capacity in the U.S.”
Meanwhile, Cyclic Materials celebrated the grand opening of its first commercial-scale rare earth magnet recycling facility in Mesa. Representing an investment of more than $30 million, the facility is expected to create more than 25 new jobs initially and can process up to 25,000 metric tons annually of magnet-bearing end-of-life products. The facility produces Cyclic’s rare earth magnet concentrate and critical minerals such as copper, aluminum and steel.

“Arizona is a national leader in critical minerals and innovative technologies powering the reshoring of American industries,” said Governor Katie Hobbs. “This facility will play a vital role in advancing Arizona’s clean energy economy and strengthening U.S. supply chain resiliency.”
Together, the projects add to Greater Phoenix’s growing advanced manufacturing base, spanning semiconductor packaging and testing as well as critical-mineral recycling.
