Cool, but given that this will take a quarter of the weight allowed for cargo + tractor + trailer, seems like it will be very limiting in the US. The added length will make it hard for Europe. Neat idea though.

Yeah, but there's a ton of short distance and inner city routes for which it could be usable.

Plenty out there besides the long haul stuff.
