Jeffrey Epstein’s estate is facing a new lawsuit filed by two women who allege that Epstein possessed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of them. They want a judge to order that a program be set up to identify and notify all individuals whose “unlawful sexualized images” might have been in Epstein’s collection, and are also seeking monetary damages.
The complaint was filed this week in the US district court for the southern district of New York on behalf of two plaintiffs, who are anonymous in the filing but described as survivors of Epstein’s CSAM crimes. The lawsuit was filed against Epstein’s former lawyer Darren Indyke and Epstein’s former accountant Richard Kahn, who are being sued in their capacities as co-executors of Epstein’s estate. Attorneys for Indyke and Kahn, who have both said that they had no knowledge of Epstein’s crimes during their employment, did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the complaint on Wednesday.
The complaint claims that for more than two decades, Epstein, who died in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, possessed, transported, produced and distributed “child pornography and/or child sexual abuse material of countless children”. It alleges that Epstein “acquired by theft” nude or partly nude images of the first plaintiff, referred to in the document as Jane Doe, and that he transported the material across state lines and retained it.
The lawsuit argues that many of those depicted in the CSAM that they say was possessed by Epstein have never been identified or notified through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s victim-identification program.

Always good to see Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn being hauled into court: these two ran Epstein's money operation throughout his later life, and are now in charge of his estate not just as executors but also as beneficiaries, along with Karyna Shuliak.
IMO it is not an exaggeration to state that without these two, who were involved in ALL of Epstein's money matters, we would not now be looking at countless victims -- and now their porn shots taken as children, because of course Epstein did that to them too. He did it because he could, and these two, Kahn and Indyke, were at the top of the list of people making it happen financially.
Back when you could search the files for video and append an "mp4" or whatever, I (stupidly) tried it, and saw a young victim that was almost entirely black-boxed out, just enough limbs showing to make it clear what was happening. That loophole has now been closed, you can't do that anymore, but the point is that the pic I saw and all the rest very likely had to be manually black boxed, and that these victims are identifiable, if not already identified.
What the victims are asking for in their suit is not by any stretch impossible, or even prohibitive to accomplish, as the infrastructure to make it happen already exists. It is also possible that the identification of those victims in the photos is already in progress. The problem is the political will, because when you start notifying people raped as children, chances get better that they will name their rapists.
