it seems so unintentional sometimes. like the male writer sees women out in the world and likes their style and writes the character to be like that, not realizing they were a lesbian so they write them to be into men and all the lesbians are super confused why this obvious lesbian giving off all the lesbian signals is into the story's bestest boy. its pure male fantasy and it shows how little they understand women.
