I'm sorry, why are you cooking foil in a vacuum bag? Could this have been accomplished without the cook? Was there food involved or is this just a niche art project? If there was food, do you often cook your food wrapped in plastic?

I'm guessing this is aluminium foil and the vacuum bag is very normal for sous-vide cooking. So in short, nothing here sounds that far from ordinary.
