Yeah, a lot of Thai dishes in this cookbook have a metric ton of ingredients, but this one wasn’t bad.

This one. It has like 5-10 recipes from each country in Asia. A lot of them are pretty good. Goes from China, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore (some of my favorite), Malaysia, Korea, etc.
