Question from a lay observer: how is the naval side of the war going? Does Ukraine have a navy that could, hypothetically, be used for an amphibious landing behind the frontlines? Because I keep hearing about how the Russian navy is little better than a floating scrap heap, so it seems to me (again, an uninformed lay observer) that it might not be too hard to obtain naval supremacy in the Black Sea, especially with Russian planes being stretched increasingly thin, and I was wondering how close to or far from the truth this impression is.
