god i love it when the people running my country has such a basic lack of object permanence that you have to explain to them that if they want to target an actual group with their law, rather than the general population, you have to mention that group.

After Brexit, Britons and EU citizens who had exercised those free movement rights were told their rights to remain in their host country would be guaranteed in the legally binding withdrawal agreement.

It was not necessary. Sweden’s government has become controlled by nazis and they are violating codified EU and international law. Cruelty is the point.
