Honestly whoever made that poster on the right doesn't know ANYTHING, girl on the right is giving wayy more confidence, which is the only thing that matters.
Girl on the left looks like she'll put up with a lot more bullshit from her employer, though. Lot of shitty managers out there that love an applicant with no self respect.
