FYI, in the US these are mostly “runaways” (i.e., kids who ran away from home for whatever reason).
Statically-speaking the minority of cases later found to be abduction usually involve family. (unauthorized custody)
Cases of stranger kidnappings and child trafficking are rarer in the US than its popularity as a plot device in our media might suggest.
